The invention discloses an automobile brake slip rate control method based on an integrated electro-hydraulic brake system, which comprises the following steps: firstly, calculating the slip rate according to the motion state information of an automobile, controlling the slip rate, and calculating the target pressure of a motor pressure buildup cylinder to determine the brake slip rate of the automobile; and then a complete closed-loop control strategy is formed by sequentially adjusting a position-pressure double-loop switching controller, a speed loop, a weak magnetic controller, a current loop and a voltage constraint device and finally driving the permanent magnet synchronous motor to run through three-phase current. According to the automobile braking slip rate control method, the integrated drive-by-wire hydraulic braking system can be effectively helped to overcome friction of a transmission mechanism, nonlinear characteristics of a hydraulic system and the like, rapid and accurate control over hydraulic force is achieved, the longitudinal slip rate control performance during active braking of an automobile is improved, and the service life of the automobile is prolonged. The method can effectively meet the requirements of electronization and intellectualization of the automobile, improves the driving safety and driving comfort of the automobile, and lays an execution foundation for achieving high-level automatic driving.

    本发明公开了一种基于集成式电液制动系统的汽车制动滑移率控制方法,首先通过车辆的运动状态信息进行滑移率计算、滑移率控制、电机建压缸目标压力计算确定车辆制动滑移率,然后依次通过位置‑压力双环切换控制器、速度环、弱磁控制器、电流环、电压约束器的调节,最后通过三相电流驱动永磁同步电机运转,组成了完整的闭环控制策略。本发明所述的汽车制动滑移率控制方法,能够有效地帮助集成式线控液压制动系统克服传动机构摩擦和液压系统的非线性特性等,实现了液压力的快速精确控制,提高了汽车主动制动时纵向滑移率控制性能,能够有效匹配汽车电动化、智能化的需求,提高车辆行驶的安全性和驾驶舒适性,为实现高级别自动驾驶奠定执行基础。
