The invention provides a hybrid power system applied to a diesel heavy truck. The system comprises an engine, an input shaft, two motors, four transmission units, a first gear shifting unit, two clutch modules, an output shaft and a drive axle. The engine is connected to the first clutch module through an input shaft, and the first clutch module is connected with the input end of the first transmission unit. The first transmission unit is connected with a first motor, the second transmission unit is connected with a second motor, and a first gear shifting unit is arranged between the first transmission unit and the second transmission unit; the second transmission unit is coaxially connected with the third transmission unit through the second clutch module; the third transmission unit and the fourth transmission unit are coaxially connected; the fourth transmission unit is connected with the drive axle through an output shaft. The invention is used for solving the problem of low fuel saving rate of the diesel hybrid heavy truck. According to the hybrid power system, series hybrid power, parallel hybrid power, series-parallel hybrid power and stepless speed regulation hybrid power can be realized; and it can be ensured that the system efficiency of the whole hybrid power vehicle is optimal under different working conditions.
本发明提出了一种应用于柴油重卡的混合动力系统,该系统包括发动机、输入轴、两个电机、四个传动单元、第一换挡单元、两个离合模块、输出轴和驱动桥;发动机通过输入轴连接至第一离合模块,第一离合模块连接第一传动单元输入端;第一传动单元与第一电机连接,第二传动单元与第二电机连接,且第一传动单元和第二传动单元之间设置第一换挡单元;第二传动单元通过第二离合模块与第三传动单元同轴连接;第三传动单元和第四传动单元同轴连接;第四传动单元通过输出轴连接驱动桥。本发明用于解决柴油混合重卡节油率较低的问题。本发明能够实现串联混动、并联混动、串并联混动、无级调速混动;能够确保混合动力整车在不同工况下系统效率最优。
