The invention relates to the field of electric vehicle control, provides a power domain motor controller for an electric vehicle, and aims to solve the problems of large number of controllers, high cost, large number of wire harnesses and the like caused by using a single chip for driving control. The controller comprises a control panel, a low-voltage interface unit and a driving control unit, and the control panel receives vehicle control unit instruction information from the electric vehicle and information from the driving control unit in a CAN communication mode and sends instruction signals to the driving control unit. The driving control unit performs signal interaction with the control panel in a bus communication mode and performs driving control on driving equipment electrically connected with the driving control unit; the low-voltage interface unit connects the driving control unit with the control panel through a wire harness and is used for data interaction between the driving control unit and the control panel. A single chip is used for controlling a plurality of motors, the system complexity is reduced, the number of wire harnesses is reduced, and the system reliability is improved.

    本发明涉及电动汽车控制领域,提出了一种用于电动汽车的动力域电机控制器,旨在解决使用单独芯片进行驱动控制所造成的控制器数目多,成本高、线束多等问题。该控制器包括:控制板、低压接口单元和驱动控制单元,该控制板通过CAN通信方式接收来自电动汽车的整车控制器指令信息以及来自驱动控制单元的信息,并向上述驱动控制单元发出指令信号;上述驱动控制单元通过总线通信方式与上述控制板进行信号交互,并且对与其电连接的驱动设备进行驱动控制;上述低压接口单元通过线束将所述驱动控制单元和所述控制板连接,用于所述驱动控制单元和所述控制板的数据交互。本发明使用单个芯片控制多台电机,降低系统复杂度,减少线束数量,提高系统可靠性。
