The invention discloses a suspension arm telescoping control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: collecting a signal, transmitting the signal to a controller, and determining a speed demand by the controller; when acceleration is needed, the current of a pump or a valve is adjusted to meet the speed requirement, and if the current speed does not meet the speed requirement, the rotating speed of an engine is adjusted to meet the speed requirement; when speed reduction is needed, the rotating speed of the engine is adjusted to meet the speed requirement, and if the current speed does not meet the speed requirement, the current of the pump or the valve is adjusted to meet the speed requirement. Closed-loop control is adopted, the target telescopic speed serves as a control object, the influence of the performance difference of parts on the telescopic speed is reduced, self-adaptive control is conducted on the oil pump displacement and the engine rotating speed through telescopic speed feedback, the system flow saturation state is recognized in real time, overflow is avoided, and invalid energy consumption of the engine is reduced; high rotating speed of the engine and small displacement of the hydraulic pump are avoided, and high energy consumption caused by high rotating speed of the engine is eliminated.

    本发明公开了一种吊臂伸缩控制方法及系统,包括采集信号并发送给控制器,由控制器决定速度需求;当需要加速时,通过调整泵或阀的电流,使其满足速度需求,若当前速度不满足速度需求,则通过调整发动机转速,使其满足速度需求;当需要减速时,通过调整发动机转速,使其满足速度需求,若当前速度不满足速度需求,则通过调整泵或阀的电流,使其满足速度需求。本发明采用闭环控制,以目标伸缩速度为控制对象,降低零部件性能差异对伸缩速度的影响,通过伸缩速度反馈对油泵排量、发动机转速进行自适应控制,实时识别系统流量饱和状态,避免产生溢流,降低发动机无效能耗;避免出现发动机高转速、液压泵小排量,消除发动机高转速导致的高能耗。
