The invention discloses a construction method for hoisting a rolling mill housing of a six-rack cold continuous rolling unit, and belongs to the technical field of hoisting construction of the rolling mill housing of the six-rack cold continuous rolling unit. The method mainly comprises the steps of hoisting site preparation, hoisting equipment selection, carrying pole beam hook point and hoisting point design calculation, machine housing storage ground protection, rolling mill housing hoisting preparation, rolling mill housing hoisting and transportation and rolling mill housing in-place. The method has the advantages that on-site hoisting equipment is fully utilized for hoisting the rolling mill housing by two machines, so that the construction cost is saved; a shoulder pole beam at a partial hoisting point is designed, and the load of the bridge crane is reasonably distributed; the two bridge cranes are rigidly connected, so that synchronous operation of the two cranes during hoisting is realized; during hoisting, road wood is cushioned below the memorial archway, the friction coefficient is increased, and hoisting is safer and more reliable; a dial indicator and a jack are erected on the outer side of the bottom plate when the memorial archway is in place, the influence of impact force on the rolling mill bottom plate during falling of the memorial archway is eliminated, and accurate hoisting is achieved. The overall method is simple, feasible, safe, reliable, short in construction period and low in construction cost.
