The invention relates to the technical field of detection in elevators, in particular to a test device for an ascending overspeed protection device of a lift car, which comprises a lift car body and a connecting plate, and a framework is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the lift car body. A driving gear is driven to rotate while a first threaded rod rotates, a driven gear is driven to rotate through rotation of the driving gear, a rack is driven to move through rotation of the driven gear, and a sliding plate is driven to move through movement of the rack, so that a gap between two limiting holes is reduced; due to the fact that the steel wire rope penetrates through the space between the two limiting holes, friction force between the steel wire rope and the steel wire rope is further increased, and due to the fact that the balls are arranged in the limiting holes, the steel wire rope can smoothly ascend and descend, ascending friction force of the steel wire rope can be increased, and the ascending speed of the lift car body is further restrained. And the lifting speed of the steel wire rope is doubly slowed down, so that the safety and the stability of the experimental device are further ensured.

    本发明涉及升降机中检测技术领域,特别是涉及一种轿厢上行超速保护装置的试验装置,包括轿厢本体和连接板,所述轿厢本体的上端固定安装有骨架。本发明通过螺纹杆一转动的同时会带动主动齿轮进行转动,通过主动齿轮的转动会带动从动齿轮进行转动,通过从动齿轮的转动会带动齿条进行移动,通过齿条的移动会带动滑动板进行移动,使得两个限位孔之间的间隙缩小,由于钢丝绳从两个限位孔之间穿过,进一步增大与钢丝绳之间的摩擦力,且由于限位孔内设置有滚珠,在保证钢丝绳能够顺利升降的同时,又能够增加钢丝绳上升的摩擦力,从而进一步抑制了轿厢本体上升的速度,通过双重对钢丝绳上升的速度进行减缓,进一步保证了该实验装置的安全性以及稳定性。
