The invention belongs to the technical field of elevator parts, and particularly relates to an electronic speed governor and an elevator, the electronic speed governor comprises a base and a wheel shaft, an electric trigger piece, a linkage mechanism and a brake piece which are installed on the base, the wheel shaft is rotatably matched with the base, a rope wheel is coaxially installed on the wheel shaft, a friction wheel is arranged on the rope wheel, and the wheel shaft, the rope wheel and the friction wheel rotate synchronously; the electric triggering piece is in driving connection with the linkage mechanism, and the linkage mechanism is in driving connection with the braking piece; when the rotating speed of the rope wheel reaches the target rotating speed, the electric detecting and triggering piece acts to drive the linkage mechanism so as to link the braking piece to move to make contact with the friction wheel for friction and stop the rope wheel. According to the electronic speed governor, electronic detection and triggering are achieved through electronic detection and triggering action of the electric triggering piece, the linkage mechanism is driven through electronic triggering, and therefore the braking action of the braking piece is achieved, the action is sensitive, triggering can be achieved while low-speed detection can be achieved, and the defect existing in triggering of a mechanical speed governor is overcome.

    本发明属于电梯部件技术领域,具体涉及一种电子限速器及电梯,其中,电子限速器包括基座和安装于基座的轮轴、电气触发件、连动机构和制动件,轮轴转动配合于基座,轮轴上同轴安装有绳轮,绳轮上设有摩擦轮,轮轴、绳轮及摩擦轮同步转动,电气触发件与连动机构驱动连接,连动机构与制动件驱动连接;当绳轮的转速达到目标转速时,电气检测并触发件动作,驱动连动机构,以联动制动件活动至与摩擦轮接触摩擦而制停绳轮。本发明的电子限速器,采用电子检测和电气触发件的触发动作,实现电子检测和触发,并利用电子触发驱动连动机构,从而实现制动件的制动动作,动作灵敏,且能检测低速也能触发,解决了机械限速器触发存在的缺陷。
