The invention provides a ship berthing auxiliary device and a ship. The ship berthing auxiliary device comprises a shipborne displayer, a ship state sensor and a server, and the shipborne displayer, the ship state sensor and the server are connected together through a network. According to the invention, through real-time monitoring of key sensing data in the berthing process and dynamic analog simulation of the ship berthing process, a real three-dimensional scene in the ship berthing process is presented in an immersive manner through the shipborne suspension device, so that omnibearing and visual berthing auxiliary information is provided for a ship driver; the ship driver can optimize the ship driving operation, and the collision accident risk can be effectively avoided.
