A connecting rope structure is arranged between the anchoring foundation and the floating ball to connect the anchoring foundation and the floating ball, the connecting rope structure comprises an anchor chain close to the anchoring foundation and a reverse catenary anchor cable close to the floating ball, the anchor chain and the reverse catenary anchor cable are connected through a connecting piece, the reverse catenary anchor cable comprises a mooring rope and a flexible sleeve, and the mooring rope is sleeved with the flexible sleeve. The elastic rope can be prevented from being subjected to overlarge load, and the influence on a mooring system after creep deformation of the elastic rope is reduced within a certain range.
