The invention discloses a mounting beam for a vehicle, a forecabin assembly, the vehicle and a mounting beam optimization design method.The mounting beam comprises a beam body, the beam body is provided with a plurality of mounting areas, the mounting areas are used for mounting forecabin accessories, and the beam body comprises a first cross beam, a second cross beam, a first oblique beam and a second oblique beam; the first cross beam and the second cross beam are arranged in parallel at an interval, and the first cross beam and the second cross beam are both used for being connected between a left shock absorption tower and a right shock absorption tower; the first oblique beam and the second oblique beam are both arranged with the second cross beam in a crossed mode, one end of the first oblique beam and one end of the second oblique beam are both connected with the first cross beam, and the other end of the first oblique beam and the other end of the second oblique beam are connected to form a first connecting position. And the first connecting part is used for being connected with a front wall plate. By means of the installation beam, the torsional rigidity of the whole vehicle can be improved, collision energy can be effectively decomposed, and integration of accessory installation is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种车辆用安装梁、前舱总成、车辆和安装梁优化设计方法,安装梁包括梁体,所述梁体设有多个安装区,所述安装区用于安装前舱附件,且所述梁体包括第一横梁、第二横梁、第一斜梁和第二斜梁,所述第一横梁与所述第二横梁并行间隔布置,且所述第一横梁和所述第二横梁均用于连接在左减震塔和右减震塔之间;所述第一斜梁和所述第二斜梁均与所述第二横梁交叉布置,所述第一斜梁的一端和所述第二斜梁的一端均与所述第一横梁相连,所述第一斜梁的另一端和所述第二斜梁的另一端相连并形成第一连接处,所述第一连接处用于与前围板相连。本发明的安装梁能够提升整车扭转刚度,并能够有效分解碰撞能量,实现了附件安装的集成化。
