The invention discloses an unmanned mine truck steering safety control system and method, and the system comprises a data collection module which collects the state information of a steering system, the information of a wheel rotation angle sensor, and the transverse control information, and transmits the information to a steering failure judgment module; the steering failure judgment module is used for respectively generating a corresponding steering system fault processing strategy, a corresponding wheel steering angle sensor fault processing strategy and a corresponding transverse error fault processing strategy based on the received steering system state information, the received wheel steering angle sensor information and the received transverse control information; a steering failure level and a corresponding steering failure quantized value are given based on each processing strategy; and the steering failure control module is used for generating a braking strategy according to the steering failure quantized value output by the steering failure judgment module, and providing final electric braking and hydraulic braking percentages for controlling a braking execution mechanism of the unmanned mine truck. According to the method, the steering failure fault can be judged and processed more timely, accurately and effectively.

    本发明公开了一种无人矿卡转向安全控制系统及方法,包括:数据采集模块,采集转向系统状态信息、轮转角传感器信息和横向控制信息,并发送至转向失效判定模块;转向失效判定模块,基于接收到的转向系统状态信息、轮转角传感器信息和横向控制信息,分别生成对应的转向系统故障处理策略、轮转角传感器故障处理策略和横向误差故障处理策略,并基于各处理策略给出转向失效等级及对应的转向失效量化值;转向失效控制模块,根据转向失效判定模块输出的转向失效量化值,生成制动策略,并给出最终的电制动及液压制动百分比,用于控制无人矿卡的制动执行机构。本发明能实现对转向失效故障的判定和处理更加及时、准确、有效。
