The invention discloses a torsion beam capable of adaptively correcting the verticality of a screw rod, and the torsion beam comprises a wheel installation plate which is provided with a wheel installation surface and a first installation hole; the hub mounting seat is assembled on the wheel mounting surface in an attached mode, the hub mounting seat is provided with a second mounting hole, and the second mounting hole corresponds to the first mounting hole; the screw rod is inserted into the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole in a penetrating mode, the diameter of the screw rod is smaller than that of the first mounting hole and that of the second mounting hole, the screw rod is provided with a first stopping piece and a second stopping piece, the first stopping piece is provided with a first stopping face, the second stopping piece is provided with a second stopping face, and the first stopping face and the second stopping face are opposite. The first stopping surface abuts against the wheel mounting plate, the second stopping surface abuts against the hub mounting seat, and at least one of the first stopping surface and the second stopping surface is a spherical surface. According to the scheme, the screw rod can be subjected to self-adaptive swing adjustment, the possibility of damage to the screw rod can be reduced, and the connection reliability can be ensured.

    本发明公开一种可自适应修正螺杆垂直度的扭转梁,包括:车轮安装板,具有车轮安装面和第一安装孔;轮毂安装座,贴合装配于所述车轮安装面,所述轮毂安装座具有第二安装孔,所述第二安装孔和所述第一安装孔相对应;螺杆,穿插于所述第一安装孔和所述第二安装孔,所述螺杆的直径小于所述第一安装孔以及所述第二安装孔,所述螺杆配置有第一止挡件和第二止挡件,所述第一止挡件具有第一止挡面,所述第二止挡件具有第二止挡面,所述第一止挡面和所述车轮安装板相抵,所述第二止挡面和所述轮毂安装座相抵,所述第一止挡面和所述第二止挡面中的至少一者为球面。上述方案中,螺杆可以自适应地进行摆动调节,可减少螺杆损坏的可能性,并可保证连接可靠性。
