The invention discloses an elevator energy-saving system in the technical field of elevator equipment. The elevator energy-saving system comprises a voltage transformation module, an electricity storage module, an inversion module and a logic conversion module. The voltage transformation module is used for converting electric energy generated in the elevator movement process into direct current and storing the direct current in the electricity storage module, and the inversion module is used for converting the direct current output by the electricity storage module into alternating current and transmitting the alternating current to the logic conversion module. The logic conversion module is used for judging the electricity storage quantity in the electricity storage module and automatically selecting and switching the elevator to be powered by the electricity storage module or the external power grid. According to the scheme, electric energy generated in the movement process of the elevator is stored and fully recycled, and therefore the purpose of saving energy is achieved.
