The invention relates to the technical field of automotive electronics, in particular to a method and a system for estimating the wear degree of an automobile tire, and the wear degree of the automobile tire is estimated by using a tire module and a central module. The tire module measures the pressure, temperature, longitudinal acceleration and radial acceleration of a tire, extracts tire grounding characteristics and grounding periodic signals, and sends the signals to the central module in the vehicle. And the central module estimates the tire wear degree through a deep neural network by receiving the tire pressure, the grounding characteristics and the grounding period of the tire module. According to the method, the waveform change characteristics of the radial acceleration and longitudinal acceleration grounding process are selected, the high-precision description capability of any multivariable nonlinear complex function of the deep neural network is utilized, the tire wear degree is accurately estimated, abnormal values of an estimation result are eliminated in a smooth filtering mode, and a more stable estimation result is obtained; tire load information is not needed, the estimation result is more accurate, and better adaptability is achieved.

    本发明涉及汽车电子技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车轮胎磨损程度估计方法与系统,利用轮胎模块和中央模块实现汽车轮胎磨损程度的估计。轮胎模块测量轮胎的压力、温度、纵向加速度和径向加速度,提取轮胎接地特征和接地周期信号,发送给车内的中央模块。中央模块利用接收轮胎模块的轮胎压力、接地特征和接地周期,通过深度神经网络进行轮胎磨损程度的估计。本发明选择径向加速度和纵向加速度接地过程的波形变化特征,利用深度神经网络的多变量非线性任意复杂函数的高精度描述能力,进行轮胎磨损程度的准确估计,估计结果通过平滑滤波方式剔除异常值,获得更加稳定的估计结果,不需要轮胎载荷信息,估计结果更加准确,具有更好的自适应性。
