    本发明提供一种炼钢厂液态熔融金属吊运天车挂钩安全检测方法,属于冶金领域。所述方法包括:S101,获取挂钩与钢包耳轴的挂接或脱离过程的视觉信号;S102,获取天车重量信号,并将当前重量信号与前三次重量信号的均值进行比较,若大于均值则说明是钢包开始挂接,转到S103,若小于前述均值则说明是钢包开始脱钩,转到S103;否则,返回S101;S103,采用云‑边系统架构,视觉信号处理设备柜中的设备通过已部署的模型对获取到的视觉信号进行处理,判断挂接或者脱离过程是否安全、钢包吊起后的姿态是否安全;S104,若不安全,则视觉信号处理设备柜中的设备发出报警信号进行报警。采用本发明,能够及时地对挂接或者脱离过程的安全性进行检查,并及时报警。
