The invention discloses an anti-shake material hoister which comprises a rack and a lifting rope arranged in the rack in a sliding mode, the bottom end of the lifting rope is wound around the surface of a winding roller installed on the rack, the winding roller is driven by a motor to rotate, the bottom end of the rack is further rotationally installed on a chassis, and the anti-shake material hoister further comprises a lapping rope. The lapping ropes are fixed to the edge of the grabbing plate at equal angles and are made of flexible materials, meanwhile, barbs which are obliquely distributed upwards are fixed to the inner surfaces of the lapping ropes, and balance weight balls are further fixed to the bottom ends of the lapping ropes. According to the anti-shake material hoister, grabbing and lifting rope structures are redesigned, it is guaranteed that shaking does not occur between materials and the hooks, dust at the top ends and the peripheral side edges of the materials can be removed through the same shaking-preventing structure, and the construction environment after transferring is guaranteed; and meanwhile, the rope body can be prevented from shaking due to material transfer by utilizing the same power source, the anti-shaking effect is remarkable, and the anti-shaking rope is very simple and durable.

    本发明公开了一种防抖式材料提升机,包括机架以及滑动设置在机架中的吊绳,所述吊绳的底端缠绕在机架上安装的绕线辊表面,绕线辊则由电机驱动转动,所述机架的底端还转动安装在底盘上,还包括搭绳,所述搭绳等角度固定在抓板的边缘处,并且所述搭绳为柔性材料,同时搭绳的内表面固定有固定朝上斜分布的倒钩,而搭绳的底端还固定有配重球。该防抖式材料提升机,重新设计抓取以及吊绳结构,保证材料与挂钩之间不会出现晃动,并且利用同一避免晃动的结构能够实现物料顶端以及四周侧边的灰尘清理,保证转移后的施工环境,同时能够利用同一动力源、来避免绳体本身因转移物料而产生的晃动,防抖效果显著且十分的简单耐用。
