The invention relates to a remote sensing load and satellite integrated configuration, which comprises a satellite body and a camera load, and is characterized in that the satellite body comprises a top plate, a middle plate and a bottom plate, the top plate, the middle plate and the bottom plate are sequentially arranged in parallel at intervals, the top plate and the middle plate are fixedly connected through an upper frame, and the middle plate and the bottom plate are fixedly connected through a lower frame; a first through hole is formed in the center of the top plate, a second through hole is formed in the center of the middle plate, and a third through hole is formed in the center of the bottom plate; an inner cylinder is arranged in the axial center of the satellite body, the inner cylinder is of a hollow structure with the two ends open, the upper end of the inner cylinder is fixed to a top plate of the satellite body and communicates with the first through hole, and the lower end of the inner cylinder is fixed to a middle plate of the satellite body and communicates with the second through hole; and the lower end of the camera load is fixedly supported on the bottom plate, and the camera load is located on the inner sides of the first through hole, the second through hole, the third through hole and the inner cylinder.
