The invention discloses an anti-heeling system of a crane ship. The anti-heeling system comprises four heeling adjusting bins, four liquid level sensors, two electric control heeling adjusting pumps, four electric control heeling adjusting valves, a double-shaft clinometer, a controller and a display control panel. The four inclination adjusting bins are arranged on the two sides of the cabin in a pairwise opposite mode, and the two inclination adjusting bins on one side are arranged front and back in the advancing direction of the ship. The liquid level sensor is arranged in the inclination adjusting bin; an electric control inclination adjusting valve, an electric control inclination adjusting pump and an electric control inclination adjusting valve are sequentially connected between the two opposite inclination adjusting bins through pipelines; the double-shaft clinometer is arranged in the center of the cabin; and the controller is respectively connected with each electric control inclination adjusting valve, the electric control inclination adjusting pump, the double-shaft inclinometer and the display control panel. According to the crane rotation direction, the variable amplitude angle, the ship attitude and automatic control valve operation, the water pumping flow and the flow speed are adjusted by adjusting the working frequency of the electric control water pump, so that the water levels in the left inclination adjusting bin and the right inclination adjusting bin are adjusted, the heeling adjusting effect is achieved through gravitational torque generated by the water level difference, and the heeling purpose is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种起重船抗横倾系统,包括:四个调倾仓、四个液位传感器、两个电控调倾泵、四个电控调倾阀、双轴倾斜仪、控制器、显示操控面板;四个调倾仓两两相对的分设在船舱两侧,一侧的两个调倾仓沿船舶行进方向前后排列;液位传感器设置在调倾仓内;两个相对设置的调倾仓之间依次管路连接电控调倾阀、电控调倾泵、电控调倾阀;双轴倾斜仪设置在船舱中心位置;控制器分别与各电控调倾阀、电控调倾泵、双轴倾斜仪、显示操控面板连接。本发明根据吊机回转方位及变幅角度、船舶姿态,自动控制阀门操作,通过调节电控水泵的工作频率调节泵水流量、流速,以此调拨左右调倾仓中的水位,利用水位差产生的重力矩实现横倾调节作用,达到了横倾的目的。
