The method comprises the steps that the real-time consumed power of the vehicle and the real-time remaining electric quantity of a power battery are obtained; within a preset adjusting period, the average consumed power of the vehicle is calculated every time the unit duration is reached from the initial moment; determining the target power of the fuel cell based on the difference between the real-time residual electric quantity of the power cell and the threshold value and the average consumed power corresponding to each unit duration in the adjustment period; and adjusting the power of the fuel cell to enable the fuel cell to output the target power. By adopting the method, fine adjustment and management and control of the vehicle battery energy can be realized, the influence of instantaneous sudden change of the vehicle consumed power on battery energy management is avoided, it is ensured that the output power of the fuel battery does not jump frequently as far as possible, and then the efficiency and the service life of the fuel battery are ensured.
