The embodiment of the invention discloses an active power distribution network dual-order optimization method, system and device considering an electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: building an electric vehicle charging load model, and obtaining an electric vehicle charging load through the electric vehicle charging load model; determining the active output of a controllable distributed power supply, the amount of electricity purchased from a large power grid and the load reduction amount based on the electric vehicle charging load, the load demand per hour in the next day and the prediction of the electricity price; based on the active power output of the controllable distributed power supply, purchasing the electric quantity and the load reduction quantity from a large power grid, considering the reactive power output capability of the uncontrollable distributed power supply and the reactive power compensation device, and establishing a reactive power optimization model which comprehensively considers the active power loss and the voltage quality of the system; and solving the reactive power optimization model by using an improved wolf pack algorithm. According to the exemplary embodiment of the invention, firstly, the electric vehicle charging load model is established, and secondly, the active power distribution network two-stage optimization scheduling method based on the improved wolf pack algorithm is provided.
