The invention provides an aircraft rudder spindle thermal protection device based on air film cooling. The aircraft rudder spindle thermal protection device comprises a high-pressure air bottle, a pressure stabilizing valve, a cold air pipeline and an air chamber which are sequentially connected, and the air chamber communicates with a rudder spindle gap through a cooling channel. The cooling channels are arranged on the rudder shaft, the lower surface of the air rudder and the surface of the machine body, the cooling agent is introduced to the position near the rudder shaft and covers the surface of the rudder shaft to form a protective gas film, and aerodynamic heating borne by the rudder shaft is reduced. Air film cooling is introduced into a rudder shaft thermal protection technology for the first time. A computational fluid mechanics simulation result shows that the thermal protection performance of air film cooling on the rudder shaft is good (the surface average net heat flux is reduced by 1.93), the coolant consumption is less (0.141 g/s), and it is powerfully proved that the air film cooling is feasible for thermal protection of the rudder shaft. Finally, the rudder shaft has the advantages of long endurance, repeated use, good thermal protection performance, no carbon deposition, no influence on the structural strength of the rudder shaft, simplicity in processing, convenience in thermal protection performance adjustment and the like.

    本发明提供一种基于气膜冷却的飞行器舵轴热防护装置,包括依次连接的高压空气瓶、稳压阀、冷气管路、气室,气室通过冷却通道与舵轴缝隙连通。本发明通过在舵轴、空气舵下表面和机体表面布置冷却通道,将冷却剂引入到舵轴附近,并且覆盖在舵轴表面形成保护气膜,降低舵轴受到的气动加热。本发明首次将气膜冷却引入到舵轴热防护技术中。计算流体力学仿真结果表明气膜冷却对舵轴的热防护性能良好(面平均净热流密度削减1.93),冷却剂消耗较少(0.141g/s),有力地证明气膜冷却用于舵轴热防护是可行的。最后,本发明具有可长航时、重复使用、热防护性能好、无积碳产生、不影响舵轴结构强度、加工简单和调节热防护性能方便等优点。
