The invention discloses a wind turbine generator transportation and installation integrated method which specifically comprises the following steps: S1, material harbor gathering and fan installation landing leg ship berthing: transporting each part of a wind turbine generator to a wharf, selecting a stacking position, arranging a fan installation landing leg ship to berth the wharf, and carrying out material harbor gathering and fan installation landing leg ship berthing on the wharf; a tool for stacking each part of the wind turbine generator is arranged on a deck of the fan mounting supporting leg ship before berthing the ship to a wharf; s2, loading and transporting the wind turbine generator, namely after the fan mounting landing leg ship berths the wharf, lifting each part of the wind turbine generator to a deck of the fan mounting landing leg ship, and then driving away from the wharf and going to a machine position; the invention relates to the technical field of offshore wind power construction. According to the wind turbine generator transportation and installation integrated method, the influence of the sea condition on installation of the wind turbine generator is greatly reduced, the construction efficiency of installation of the wind turbine generator is improved, the anchor dragging risk of the transport ship is avoided, the fan is transported through the fan installation supporting leg ship, the transport ship does not need to be rented additionally, and the construction cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种风电机组运输安装一体化方法,具体包括以下步骤:S1、物料集港及风机安装支腿船靠泊:将风电机组各部件运输至码头,并选择堆放位置,安排风机安装支腿船靠泊码头,且在靠泊码头前在风机安装支腿船甲板上布置好堆放风电机组各部件的工装;S2、风电机组装船及运输:风机安装支腿船靠泊码头后,起吊风电机组各部件至风机安装支腿船甲板上,继而驶离码头,前往机位;本发明涉及海上风电施工技术领域。该风电机组运输安装一体化方法,极大的降低了海况对风电机组安装的影响,提高了风电机组安装的施工效率,避免了运输船发生走锚的风险,通过风机安装支腿船运输风机,无需额外租赁运输船,节省了施工成本。
