The invention relates to the technical field of thermal control of spacecrafts, and provides a thermal control and space debris protection integrated system for satellites, which comprises a plurality of flexible protective laminates arranged at the rear end and a buffer screen arranged at the front end, and is characterized in that the buffer screen is configured to be a plurality of alloy box arrays arranged in a matrix; an aluminum alloy plate, a polyurethane layer, a foamed aluminum filling layer, a polyurethane layer and an aluminum alloy plate are sequentially arranged on the alloy box in the impact direction from front to back. The heat source between the buffer screen and the satellite platform is connected through a flexible heat conduction pipe. The space debris protection system and the steam cavity device in the spacecraft thermal control system share multiple key materials and structural layouts, organic combination of the two in principle is achieved, the functional characteristics of the two can be exerted, it is guaranteed that the two can reach the high technical index level in work, and the safety of the spacecraft thermal control system is improved. And the weight and the space can be saved for a satellite platform, the redundancy guarantee capability is very high, and the lightweight fragment protection and thermal control requirements of high-value satellites in the future can be met.

    本发明涉及航天器热控制技术领域,提供了一种卫星用热控和空间碎片防护一体化系统,包括布置在后端的多片柔性防护层板及布置在前端的缓冲屏,缓冲屏被配置为多个呈矩阵排布的合金盒阵列,合金盒沿从前到后的冲击方向上依次布置有铝合金板、聚氨酯层、泡沫铝填充层、聚氨酯层、铝合金板;缓冲屏和卫星平台之间的热源通过柔性导热管连接。本发明通过空间碎片防护系统与航天器热控系统中的蒸汽腔装置共用多种关键材料和结构布局,实现了两者在原理上的有机结合,既能发挥两者的功能特性,又保证了两者工作均能达到较高的技术指标水平,还能为卫星平台节约重量和空间,并具有很强的冗余保障能力,能够满足未来高价值卫星轻量化碎片防护和热控要求。
