The invention relates to the technical field of space propulsion systems, and provides a manned spacecraft reuse propulsion system which comprises a gas cylinder module, a storage box module, a gas circuit valve module, a blow-down module, a discharge module and an engine module, the downstream of the gas cylinder module is connected with the gas circuit valve module, the gas circuit valve module is connected with the storage box module and the blow-down module, and the blow-down module is connected with the discharge module. The downstream of the storage box module is connected with the discharge module; the blow-down module, the storage box module and the discharge module are respectively connected with the engine module; before a spacecraft returns, the gas cylinder module pressurizes the storage box module through the gas circuit valve module; before a spacecraft touches the land, propellant discharge is achieved through the discharge module, and the blow-down module blows down the engine module; after the spacecraft falls to the ground, the storage box module carries out pressure reducing valve performance testing through cleaning, drying and blowing, the gas circuit valve module, the engine module is checked and maintained, and system reuse is achieved. The environment-friendly non-toxic propellant is used, safety is good, the reusability is achieved, and universal applicability is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种涉及空间推进系统技术领域的载人航天器重复使用推进系统,包括气瓶模块、贮箱模块、气路阀门模块、吹除模块、排放模块以及发动机模块,气瓶模块下游连接气路阀门模块,气路阀门模块分别连接贮箱模块和吹除模块,贮箱模块下游连接排放模块,吹除模块、贮箱模块以及排放模块分别连接发动机模块;航天器回程前,气瓶模块通过气路阀门模块对贮箱模块进行增压;航天器着陆地面前,通过排放模块实现推进剂的排放,吹除模块对发动机模块进行吹除;航天器落地后,贮箱模块通过清洗、烘干、吹除,气路阀门模块进行减压阀性能测试,发动机模块进行检查、维护,实现系统重复使用。本发明使用绿色无毒推进剂、安全性好,具备重复使用能力,具有普遍的适用性。
