The invention provides an aviation propeller performance testing device and a use method thereof, the device comprises a rack and a variable pitch assembly, and the variable pitch assembly comprises a power mechanism and a linear motor; the power mechanism comprises a power output shaft of a hollow structure, the power output shaft penetrates through the machine frame from the lower portion of the machine frame, extends to the upper portion of the machine frame and can rotate relative to the machine frame, the part, located above the machine frame, of the power output shaft is provided with a propeller installation position, and a hollow cavity of the power output shaft is provided with a linear motor installation position. The linear motor is arranged on the linear motor mounting position; the power output shaft is provided with an opening for air to enter and exit and an opening sealing piece, and the opening is located between the propeller installation position and the linear motor installation position. After the propeller is installed, ventilation is conducted on the hollow cavity through the opening, sealing is conducted through the opening sealing piece, rotation and air pressure pitch changing of the propeller are achieved through rotation of the power output shaft and action of the linear motor, the dynamic balance performance of the propeller is accurately measured, and the operation stability and safety of the propeller are guaranteed after balancing.

    本发明提供一种航空螺旋桨性能测试装置及其使用方法,装置包括机架和变距总成,变距总成包括动力机构和直线电机;动力机构包括中空结构的动力输出轴,动力输出轴自机架下方穿过机架延伸到机架上方且可相对于机架转动,动力输出轴位于机架上方的部分设有螺旋桨安装位,动力输出轴的中空腔体设有直线电机安装位;直线电机设置于直线电机安装位上;动力输出轴上设有可供气体进出的开口及开口密封件,开口位于螺旋桨安装位与直线电机安装位之间。本发明安装螺旋桨后,通过开口向中空腔体通气并通过开口密封件密封,动力输出轴的转动及直线电机的动作实现螺旋桨的转动及气压变距,准确测量螺旋桨动平衡性能,配平后保证螺旋桨运行平稳性及安全性。
