The invention discloses a flexible lining and an aircraft propeller. The flexible lining comprises a mandrel, a first elastic body, a second elastic body and a third elastic body. The mandrel is made of metal and is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite to each other; the first elastic body is arranged at the first end of the mandrel; the second elastic body is arranged at the second end of the mandrel; the third elastic body sleeves the peripheral wall of the mandrel, and two ends of the third elastic body are respectively connected with the first elastic body and the second elastic body. The first elastomer and the second elastomer are consistent in material and rigidity, and the hardness of the first elastomer and the second elastomer is larger than that of the third elastomer. The flexible bushing has different rigidity performance in different directions, it can be guaranteed that the low-rigidity performance part has the good buffering effect, the high-rigidity performance part has the excellent wear-resisting effect and the excellent fatigue performance, the service life of the bushing is prolonged, and vibration and noise of a propeller of an aircraft are reduced.
