The invention discloses a vehicle body frame based on a heavy-duty motorcycle, a manufacturing method and a strength performance detection system. The vehicle body frame comprises a motorcycle head connecting support frame, an upper connecting support frame, an upper and lower connecting inclined support frame and a middle and rear switching support frame, a front upper rod frame and a front lower rod frame are inserted into a vehicle head connecting supporting frame, the front upper rod frame, an upper connecting rod and an inclined connecting rod are inserted into an upper connecting supporting frame, the upper connecting rod and the inclined connecting rod are connected with an up-and-down connecting inclined supporting frame in an inserted mode, and the up-and-down connecting inclined supporting frame is connected with the front lower rod frame in an inserted mode based on a lower reinforcing supporting frame. The middle-rear switching bracket is fixed on the up-down connecting inclined bracket, the rear upper rod frame and the rear lower rod frame are respectively inserted into the middle-rear switching bracket, and the vehicle tail connecting bracket is respectively connected with the rear upper rod frame and the rear lower rod frame in an inserted manner. The problems that an existing frame body assembled through welding cannot fully meet the performance requirements of large-displacement and high-weight vehicle type products, and an effective intelligent detection means for the strength performance of a formed frame is lacked are solved.

    本发明公开了一种基于重型摩托车的车身架、制造方法及强度性能检测系统,包括:车头连接撑架、上部连接撑架、上下连接斜撑架、中后转接撑架;车头连接撑架分别插接前上部杆架和前下部杆架,上部连接撑架分别插接前上部杆架、上部连接杆和斜连接杆,上部连接杆和斜连接杆与上下连接斜撑架插接相连,上下连接斜撑架基于下部加强撑架与前下部杆架插接相连,中后转接撑架固定于上下连接斜撑架,后上部杆架和后下部杆架分别插接于中后转接撑架,以及车尾连接撑架铸分别与后上部杆架和后下部杆架插接相连。解决了现有通过焊接组装的车架主体无法充分满足大排量高重车型产品的性能要求,以及对成型车架的强度性能缺乏行之有效的智能化检测手段的问题。
