The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent driving, in particular to a vehicle driving intelligent auxiliary system which comprises a trip computer and a CAN module, the CAN module is connected with a driving detection module, a vehicle body state detection module, an engine detection module and an environment detection module, and the vehicle body state detection module is used for collecting the steering angle of a steering wheel and the suspension state; the environment detection module is used for collecting vehicle surrounding environment information and road conditions; the trip computer is connected with a vehicle body stabilizing system, a vehicle control system and a lane departure early warning module, and the vehicle control system is used for controlling acceleration, steering or braking of a vehicle to achieve auxiliary driving. Data collected by the sensors are analyzed through the trip computer, a steering wheel, an engine and a brake are limited within a certain range when the vehicle runs at a high speed or on a dangerous road section, and driving accidents caused by wrong operation of a driver are avoided.
