Compared with a construction method in the prior art, the method has the advantages that four key problems of unequal height of two wires, inconsistent spacing, unequal tension of the two wires between droppers in an equivalent span and torsion surface of a contact wire at an anchoring position of'double-bearing and double-guide 'are solved, and particularly, a curve section is improved most obviously.
