本发明公开一种分时电价光伏园区内电动汽车的充电控制方法和系统,方法包括:初始化当日配电网基础负荷曲线、光伏出力预测曲线以及电价信息;读取当前待充电电动汽车的电池信息及用户需求条件;判断当前待充电电动汽车是否满足调度条件,若不满足,则当前待充电电动汽车不参与调度,即插即充;若满足,则对当前待充电电动汽车的未来m个充电时段充电功率进行优化计算后,按照计算的充电功率进行充电;叠加充电负荷与基础负荷,更新配电网负荷曲线,供下一时刻待充电电动汽车使用。本发明通过价格激励有序充电参与度以在保证车主充电需求的条件下,降低充电成本,降低配电网峰谷差率,提高配电网的运行稳定性和更大限度的消纳可再生能源。
