An electric propulsion system dynamic test platform for a tiltable electric aircraft comprises a transmission shaft, one end of the transmission shaft is provided with an electric propulsion system, the other end of the transmission shaft is coupled with a first push-pull force sensor, and a static torque sensor is arranged on a mounting base which is slidably arranged on a first fixing seat. The first push-pull force sensor is arranged on the first fixed seat; the first fixing seat is arranged on a driving device of the rotating assembly, and the driving device is arranged on the second fixing seat; the second fixing base is horizontally arranged on the X-axis mounting base in a sliding mode, the X-axis mounting base is vertically arranged on the Y-axis mounting base in a sliding mode, a second push-pull force sensor is arranged on the Y-axis mounting base, and a third push-pull force sensor is arranged on the X-axis mounting base. The method can be used for testing and evaluating system parameters in the horizontal, vertical and horizontal-to-vertical angle dynamic conversion process of the electric propulsion system; the test platform simulates the mechanical acting force of the electric propulsion system on the electric aircraft fixing device in a complex stress state.
