The invention provides a noise control method and device for a circulating pump of a ship self-flowing cooling system. The noise control method comprises the steps that a target value of the circulating flow demand of the ship self-flowing cooling system is obtained; acquiring a target rotating speed gear of the circulating pump based on the target value; controlling a circulating pump based on the target rotating speed gear; wherein the target rotating speed gear is the rotating speed gear, enabling the noise of the water diversion port to be minimum, in the first rotating speed gears of the circulating pump; the first rotating speed gear is the rotating speed gear enabling the real-time circulating flow of the ship self-flowing cooling system to be larger than the target value in all the rotating speed gears of the circulating pump. According to the noise control method and device for the circulating pump of the ship self-flow cooling system, the rotating speed gear of the circulating pump which enables the noise of the water diversion port to be minimum is obtained by adjusting the rotating speed gear of the circulating pump, so that the control of the circulating pump of the ship self-flow cooling system meets the cooling seawater flow requirement of ship heat source equipment; and operation with lower noise can be realized.

    本发明提供一种船舶自流冷却系统循环泵的噪声控制方法及装置,包括:获取船舶自流冷却系统的循环流量需求的目标值;基于目标值,获取循环泵的目标转速档位;基于目标转速档位,控制循环泵;其中,目标转速档位,是循环泵的第一转速档位中使得引水口的噪声最小的转速档位;第一转速档位,是循环泵的各转速档位中使得船舶自流冷却系统的实时循环流量大于目标值的转速档位。本发明提供的船舶自流冷却系统循环泵的噪声控制方法及装置,通过调节循环泵的转速档位,得到使引水口的噪声最小的循环泵的转速档位,使船舶自流冷却系统循环泵的控制在满足船舶热源设备的冷却海水流量需求下,能以更低的噪声运行。
