The invention belongs to the technical field of non-road engineering machinery, and particularly relates to an electric new energy stacking machine capable of rapidly replacing a battery and a method for rapidly assembling and disassembling the battery. The stacking machine comprises a vehicle frame bottom support, a battery pack, a battery replacing butt joint male plug and a locking push rod mechanism, the vehicle frame bottom support is arranged on one side of a vehicle frame, and the whole vehicle frame bottom support is in an L shape; the long side is fixedly connected with the frame, and the short side is provided with the battery pack; the battery pack is an independent power supply unit and comprises a frame, a battery pack, a high-voltage box, a charging port, a battery replacement butt joint female plug and a battery radiator; the locking push rod mechanism is arranged on the short edge of the frame bottom support, and the output end of the locking push rod mechanism is provided with a battery replacement butt joint male plug. And the battery replacement butt joint male plug is connected with a main machine of the stacking machine. In order to realize the interchange of the battery packs, the stacking machine is arranged to meet the requirements; and when the battery replacement requirement is met, the battery pack is limited in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, and the battery pack is prevented from falling off from the whole stacking machine in the using process.

    本发明属于非道路工程机械技术领域,具体涉及一种可快速换电池的电动新能源堆高机及快速装卸电池的方法,本堆高机包括车架底托、电池包、换电对接公插头、锁紧推杆机构,车架底托设置在车架一侧,车架底托整体呈L型,其长边与车架固定连接,短边安装电池包;电池包为独立供电单元,电池包包括框架、电池组、高压箱、充电口、换电对接母插头、电池散热器;锁紧推杆机构设置在车架底托短边上,锁紧推杆机构输出端设置有换电对接公插头;换电对接公插头与堆高机的主机连接。本发明为了实现电池包的互换设置了本堆高机来满足要求;并且在满足换电要求时,对电池包水平向和垂直向进行限位,防止使用过程中电池包与堆高机整机之间发生脱落。
