The invention discloses an escalator brake characteristic parameter measuring device and method. The measuring device comprises a base, and the base is connected with an optical distance measuring sensor through a vertical direction angle adjusting mechanism. Electromagnets are arranged at the bottom of the base; the base is further provided with an in-place electromagnet closing structure, and the optical distance measuring sensor, the in-place electromagnet closing structure and the electromagnet are all electrically connected with the controller. The measuring device is fixed on the elevator, light generated by the optical distance measuring sensor is reflected by the light reflecting point, so that the distance S between the device and the light reflecting point is obtained, and braking characteristic parameters are calculated by obtaining the corresponding distance and time during braking. According to the escalator brake characteristic parameter measuring device and method, operation is easy, safe and reliable, the brake point can be accurately grabbed, and the escalator brake characteristic parameters are automatically obtained.

    本发明公开了一种扶梯刹车特征参数测量装置及方法。测量装置包括基座,基座上通过垂直方向角度调节机构连接有光学测距传感器;基座底部设有电磁铁;基座上还设有到位电磁铁关闭结构,光学测距传感器、到位电磁铁关闭结构和电磁铁均与控制器电性连接。测量装置固定在电梯上,光学测距传感器发生的光线经反光点反射,从而得到装置与反光点的距离S,刹车时通过获取相应的距离和时间,计算出刹车特征参数。本发明提供的扶梯刹车特征参数测量装置及方法,操作简单、安全、可靠,能准确抓取刹车点,自动获取扶梯的刹车特征参数。
