The invention discloses a hydrogen fuel cell power management system for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The hydrogen fuel cell power management system comprises a battery pack module, a data acquisition module, a heat recovery module and a power supply management module, the battery pack module is connected with the heat recovery module and the power supply management module and used for supplying power to the unmanned aerial vehicle. The data acquisition module is connected with the power supply management module and used for acquiring flight power parameters of the unmanned aerial vehicle; the heat recovery module is further connected with the power supply management module and used for recovering heat generated by the battery pack. The power supply management module is used for monitoring electrical data of the battery pack module and controlling the power supply mode of the battery pack module based on the electrical data. By collecting the PWM signal value and the power supply voltage value of the battery pack in real time, electric energy emitted by the hydrogen fuel cell can be reasonably distributed, the power supply mode of the battery pack can be properly switched, meanwhile, heat generated when the hydrogen fuel cell works is recycled through the heat recovery module, and the endurance time of the unmanned aerial vehicle is effectively prolonged.
