The invention provides a cubesat shear-fork expandable solar cell array system, which comprises a power supply case, a driving transmission device, a pressing and releasing device, a connecting frame, a shear-fork expandable solar cell array, an expanding device and a locking device. On the basis of the principle of a scissor-type space deployable mechanism, universal and modular design is adopted, natural duty compactness is achieved, the surface folding and unfolding ratio is large, and the space utilization rate is high; the solar power generation device has the advantages of modular characteristic and strong expansibility, can carry more solar cell panels in unit volume, and greatly improves the available power of the load; in addition, the antenna is high in functionality, the special appearance can provide passive gravity gradient stability and high-gain antenna integration advantages for the cubesat, the unfolding time sequence can be customized through active driving unfolding, and the attitude influence on the cubesat in the unfolding process is reduced; the method is suitable for monitoring and communication type task satellites, and rapid orbit deployment is easy to complete.

    本发明提出一种立方星剪叉可展开式太阳电池阵系统,包括电源机箱、驱动传动装置、压紧释放装置、连接架、剪叉式可展开太阳能电池阵、展开装置、锁定装置。本发明基于剪叉式空间可展开机构原理,采用通用化、模块化设计,具有天然的占空紧凑性,面折展比大,空间利用率高;具备模块化特性,可拓展性强,能在单位体积内携带更多的太阳能电池板,大幅提高载荷可用功率;此外本发明功能性强,特殊的外形可为立方星提供被动重力梯度稳定和高增益天线集成优势,有源式驱动展开可自定义展开时序,降低在展开过程中对立方星造成的姿态影响;适用于监测、通信类任务卫星,易于完成轨道快速部署。
