The orbit adjustment method is applied to a low-orbit satellite and comprises the following steps: measuring the current orbit position of the low-orbit satellite; comparing the current track position with a preset measurement and control arc section position range, wherein the preset measurement and control arc section position range indicates a measurement and control range of a measurement and control station; if the current track position is not within the measurement and control arc section position range, track adjustment is conducted according to a first preset deviation threshold value; and if the current track position is within the measurement and control arc section position range, track adjustment is conducted according to a second preset deviation threshold value, and the first preset deviation threshold value is larger than the second preset deviation threshold value. The technical scheme has the advantages that track adjustment is accurate and reliable, and the track adjustment control cost is low.
