The method comprises the steps that S1, whether an engine throttle enters a throttling state from a slow state or enters the throttling state from a take-off state is determined; and S2, when the engine throttle enters the throttling state from the slow state, rotating speed control is conducted through the throttling state high-pressure rotating speed control strategy under the push-up condition, and when the engine throttle enters the throttling state from the take-off state, rotating speed control is conducted through the throttling state high-pressure rotating speed control strategy plan under the pull-down condition. According to the method, the engine rotating speed uniformly changes along with the accelerator, and the control of a pilot on the working state of the engine is improved.
