The invention relates to the technical field of rudder piece vibration control, and discloses a rudder piece vibration and impact reduction structure, and the determination process of the rudder piece vibration and impact reduction structure comprises the following steps: (1) classifying the system damping of a rudder piece, (2) equivalently regarding the motion of damping particles in the rudder piece as a gas-phase-like flow with a low Reynolds number, and obtaining the equivalent viscous damping of a gas-phase-like flow system; (3) obtaining an equivalent friction damping parameter; (4) the damping parameters obtained in the step (2) and the step (3) are applied to modeling of bending motion and twisting motion; (5) calculating the damping ratio of the rudder sheet system under different damping particle configurations under the rudder sheet system; and (6) rudder sheet installation: configuring damping particles on the rudder sheet based on the optimal result of damping ratio simulation in the step (5), in the method, through the damping ratio calculation of the rudder sheet based on the similar gas phase flow principle, system modeling with similar trends can be obtained, and thus the optimal rudder sheet impact reduction structure is obtained through simulation theory calculation.

    本发明涉及舵片振动控制技术领域,公开了一种舵片减振降冲结构,舵片减振降冲结构的确定过程包括如下步骤:(1)将舵片的系统阻尼进行分类,(2)将舵片内阻尼粒子的运动等效看做低雷诺数的类气相流,获得类气相流系统的等效黏滞阻尼;(3)等效摩擦阻尼参数;(4)将步骤(2)和步骤(3)所得的阻尼参数应用到弯曲运动和扭转运动的建模中;(5)计算舵片系统下在不同阻尼粒子配置下的舵片系统阻尼比;(6)舵片安装:基于步骤(5)的阻尼比仿真的最佳结果在舵片上配置阻尼粒子,本发明中通过基于类气相流原理的舵片的阻尼比计算,能够得到趋势相近的系统建模,从而仿真理论计算得到最佳的舵片降冲结构。
