The invention provides a full-electronic computer interlocking and relay centralized interlocking interface circuit and a communication method, and the circuit comprises a first circuit which is used for checking a relay according to a first signal machine and checking and repeating the state of the relay according to the first signal machine, determining whether a first train route which takes the first signal machine as the terminal signal machine and is arranged in the full-electronic computer interlocking area is allowed to be handled or not; the second circuit is used for determining the occupancy state of the first target track section according to the states that the track relay of the first target track section and the second signal machine approach the forecast repeating relay; and the third circuit is used for determining whether the first signal machine is allowed to open the first train route or not according to the states of the first signal machine train signal relay, the first signal machine train signal repeating relay, the first signal machine guide signal relay and the first signal machine guide signal repeating relay. According to the invention, normal communication between the full-electronic computer interlocking area and the relay centralized interlocking area can be realized.

    本发明提供一种全电子计算机联锁与继电集中联锁的接口电路及通信方法,包括:第一电路,用于根据第一信号机照查继电器和第一信号机照查复示继电器的状态,确定是否允许办理全电子计算机联锁区内排列的以第一信号机为终端信号机的第一列车进路;第二电路,用于根据第一目标轨道区段轨道继电器和第二信号机接近预告复示继电器的状态,确定第一目标轨道区段的占用状态;第三电路,用于根据第一信号机列车信号继电器、第一信号机列车信号复示继电器、第一信号机引导信号继电器以及第一信号机引导信号复示继电器的状态,确定是否允许第一信号机开放第一列车进路。本发明能够实现全电子计算机联锁区与继电集中联锁区的正常通信。
