The invention discloses a customized urban subway vehicle air conditioner energy-saving control method. The method comprises a free refrigeration mode and a nominal refrigeration mode. The method comprises the specific steps that S1, fresh air and refrigeration conditions are detected to enter a free refrigeration mode; s2, when the fresh air and refrigeration conditions are not met, the air conditioner is started; s3, when it is detected that the fresh air and refrigeration conditions meet the nominal refrigeration conditions, entering a nominal refrigeration mode; s4, in the nominal refrigeration mode, when an over-high exhaust temperature protection control condition is triggered, power control is conducted on a compressor; and S5, in the nominal refrigeration mode, when the exhaust pressure overhigh protection control condition is triggered, power control is conducted on the compressor. Temperature adjustment can be carried out according to the conditions in all the carriages of the train, it is guaranteed that the temperature of all the carriages is appropriate, and compared with a traditional control mode, the energy-saving effect is achieved.
