The invention relates to a self-adaptive transport flatcar system for a large-dip-angle variable-slope tunnel anchor, which comprises a support rail laid in a tunnel, and a transport platform, the extension direction of the support rail is the same as the extension direction of the tunnel; the carrying flatcar comprises a chassis and a carrying platform, one side of the carrying platform is rotationally connected with the chassis, the other side of the carrying platform is connected with the chassis through a telescopic cylinder, a tilt angle sensor is arranged on the carrying platform, and the chassis can move in the extending direction of the supporting track; when the tilt angle sensor detects that the carrying platform is in an inclined state relative to the horizontal plane, the telescopic cylinder stretches out and draws back, and the carrying platform is adjusted to be horizontal. The carrying platform can be driven by the telescopic cylinder to rotate around the carrying platform, and the carrying platform is adjusted to be horizontal. When the carrying flatcar moves to the slope changing position, the carrying platform can rotate relative to the chassis under the action of the telescopic cylinder, and the carrying platform and the to-be-carried equipment are kept horizontal.
