The invention discloses a ship resistance speed reducer using air. The present invention reduces frictional resistance to water by retaining bubbles generated when air is injected to the bottom of a ship on the bottom side of the ship so as to increase the sailing speed and improve the fuel efficiency, and is not only simple in structure, but also capable of sucking in air generated when the ship is sailing without using another drive source, thereby improving the sailing speed and the fuel efficiency. An air layer formed by air bubbles is formed on the bottom side of the ship, so that the manufacturing economy and the operation efficiency can be improved.
