The invention provides a digital sensor interface circuit of an electric power steering system. The digital sensor interface circuit comprises a single-chip microcomputer; the hysteresis comparison circuit group is connected with the single chip microcomputer and comprises four paths of hysteresis comparison circuits which are mutually connected in parallel; wherein the four hysteresis comparison circuits comprise a first hysteresis comparison circuit connected with a digital torque input signal T1, a second hysteresis comparison circuit connected with a digital torque input signal T2, a third hysteresis comparison circuit connected with a digital angle input signal P and a fourth hysteresis comparison circuit connected with a digital angle input signal S; the hysteresis comparison circuit group is connected with an adjustable resistor R4 and an adjustable resistor R5 which are connected in series; by the adoption of the circuit, under the condition that the output signal driving capacity of the sensor is weak, high and low levels can be output directly through comparison between the hysteresis comparator and a forward input signal without filtering processing, the delay time is short, and the real-time requirement of a system is met.

    本发明提供了一种电动助力转向系统数字传感器接口电路,包括:单片机;与单片机相连接的迟滞比较电路组,所述迟滞比较电路组包括四路相互并联的迟滞比较电路,其中:四路迟滞比较电路包括与数字扭矩输入信号T1连接的第一迟滞比较电路、与数字扭矩输入信号T2连接的第二迟滞比较电路、与数字角度输入信号P连接的第三迟滞比较电路以及与数字角度输入信号S连接的第四迟滞比较电路;迟滞比较电路组连接相互串联的可调电阻R4和可调电阻R5;通过采用本发明电路,对于传感器输出信号驱动能力弱的情况,可以不进行滤波处理,直接通过迟滞比较器与正向输入信号进行比较,输出高低电平,延迟时间短,满足系统实时性要求。
