The invention discloses an artificial intelligence real-time monitoring method for the loosening state of a fastener. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring light intensity distribution of the fastener and an adjacent surface through laser irradiation and an area-array camera system; the depth information of the fastener and the adjacent surface is represented by the light intensity distribution of the measured surface; the corresponding relation between the speckle fringe pattern and the fastener state is directly established through artificial intelligence machine learning; the loosening state of the fastener is detected by directly identifying the obtained speckle fringe pattern, so that the influence of mechanical vibration of railway lines and monitoring vehicles on the monitoring accuracy is eliminated. According to the invention, a traditional camera is abandoned, and a phase extraction technology in the prior art is abandoned. According to the invention, not only can the surface state of the fastener be monitored, but also the state of a position with a certain depth below the surface can be monitored, and even the state that the fastener is about to loosen but not actually loosen can be found in advance; and the detection capability of technicians can be superior in the aspects of detection speed and detection accuracy.
