The invention provides an intelligent early warning method and device for a tower crane, a medium and equipment, and relates to the field of tower crane monitoring. The method comprises the steps that the weight of a load on a lifting hook and operation information of the tower crane are obtained; calculating the maximum rotation angle acceleration of the tower crane based on the load weight, the operation information of the tower crane and the swing critical amplitude; adjusting the maximum rotation angle acceleration to obtain a rotation angle acceleration threshold value; the real-time rotation angular acceleration of the tower crane is obtained, and whether the real-time rotation angular acceleration is larger than the rotation angular acceleration threshold value or not is judged; if the real-time rotation angular acceleration is larger than the rotation angular acceleration threshold value, early warning information is output, and the early warning information is used for reminding an operator to reduce the rotation angular acceleration of the tower crane. The misjudgment probability of swing amplitude definition can be reduced, and accurate early warning for excessive load swing is achieved.

    本申请提供一种用于塔式起重机的智慧预警方法、装置、介质及设备,涉及塔吊监测领域,其中方法包括:获取起重吊钩上负载的重量以及塔式起重机的运行信息;基于负载重量、塔式起重机的运行信息以及摆动临界幅度,计算得到塔式起重机的最大转动角加速度;对最大转动角加速度进行调整,得到转动角加速度阈值;获取塔式起重机的实时转动角加速度,判断实时转动角加速度是否大于转动角加速度阈值;若实时转动角加速度大于转动角加速度阈值,则输出预警信息,预警信息用于提醒操作人员降低塔式起重机的转动角加速度。能够降低摆动幅度界定的误判概率,实现针对负载摆动过大的准确预警。
