The invention discloses a high-pressure flushing and spraying system of a deep diving bottom-supported wind power installation platform. The high-pressure flushing and spraying system comprises an air supply system, a flushing and spraying pipeline system and a nozzle which are connected in sequence. The air supply system comprises a first starting air bottle, a second starting air bottle and a flushing and spraying air bottle which are arranged in parallel, inlets of the first starting air bottle, the second starting air bottle and the flushing and spraying air bottle are connected to an air inlet header pipe, and the air inlet header pipe is connected with a first starting air compressor and a second starting air compressor which are standby for each other through two connecting pipelines. The ends of two air outlet pipes of the first starting air bottle and the second starting air bottle are connected to an air outlet main pipe, and the air outlet main pipe is provided with a power generation air branch pipe connected to a generator set. A pressure reducing valve is arranged on an air outlet pipe of the flushing and spraying air bottle, and the air outlet pipe of the flushing and spraying air bottle is connected to a fire-fighting water pipeline arranged in a stand column of the installation platform through a pipeline.
