The back row seat backrest pipe frame part is of a frame structure defined by pipe-shaped assemblies, reinforcing areas are arranged on the frame structure, a transition area is arranged between the two areas with different strength, and the frame structure forms a variable-strength structure with the same section and the strength distributed in a variable mode. The method specifically comprises the following implementation steps that a plate of a hot forming material is machined into a tubular assembly with the final section shape; the formed tubular assembly is heated, and online bending is conducted on the heated tubular assembly; the bent pipe fitting is subjected to heat treatment strengthening; and the pipe fitting assemblies are connected end to end to form a frame structure. By means of the manufacturing method, the bending manufacturing difficulty of the ultrahigh-strength steel pipe part is reduced, the formed part with the variable strength characteristic is good in structural performance, and light weight can be achieved.
