The embodiment of the invention provides a power battery management method and device, a vehicle terminal and intelligent charging equipment, and relates to the technical field of power batteries. The problem that a vehicle cannot be used due to the fact that the power battery cannot use the energy of the power battery under the low-temperature condition is solved. The method comprises the following steps: sending a charging request message to a connected external charging device; the charging request message is used for requesting a constant voltage mode preset based on the terminal voltage of the power battery; when a feedback message returned by the intelligent charging device in response to the charging request message is received, it is detected that the output of the intelligent charging device is adjusted to the required power; and heating the power battery based on the output of the intelligent charging equipment.
