The invention provides a control method and a control device of an anchor gear system, and belongs to the field of anchor gear control. The control method comprises the steps that a shore-based system obtains monitoring data sent by a ship end system; determining whether a first condition is met or not, wherein the first condition comprises that first network delay determined based on the monitoring data does not exceed a first preset value; when the first condition is met, the shore-based system sends a remote control instruction for controlling the anchor gear system to the ship end system; the ship end system obtains a remote control instruction; determining whether a second condition is met or not, wherein the second condition comprises that second network delay determined based on the remote control instruction does not exceed a second preset value; and when the second condition is met, the ship-end system sends a control instruction corresponding to the remote control instruction to the onboard system, so that the network delay between the shore-based system and the ship-end system is ensured to be within a safe range during anchoring operation, errors of the anchoring operation are avoided, the reliability and the stability of controlling the anchor gear system are improved, and the safety of the ship is ensured.

    本公开提供了一种锚机系统的控制方法和控制装置,属于锚机控制领域。该控制方法包括岸基系统获取船端系统发送的监测数据;确定第一条件是否满足,第一条件包括:基于监测数据确定的第一网络延时不超过第一预设值;在第一条件满足时,岸基系统向船端系统发出用于控制锚机系统的远程控制指令;船端系统获取远程控制指令;确定第二条件是否满足,第二条件包括:基于远程控制指令确定的第二网络延时不超过第二预设值;在第二条件满足时,船端系统向机旁系统发出与远程控制指令对应的控制指令,确保在进行锚泊作业时,岸基系统与船端系统之间的网络延迟在安全范围之内,避免锚泊作业出错,提高对锚机系统控制的可靠性和稳定性,确保船舶的安全。
